I’m aware that we’re having some trying times. The social and economic totems we used to depend on have crumbled, and the new ones society has erected are made of paper.

So, no matter what you’re going through or where civilization is heading, there is hope. Keep pressing forward to get healthy, stable, and strong (mentally & physically).
